Becoming Love Quest #2
✨ This Week’s Quest: Say YES to Creativity!
This week, we’re leaning into creativity, not as a bypass, but as something that opens us up to play, allows us to express, and helps us align with Source.
Fear can block creativity by making us afraid of making mistakes, taking risks, or expressing new ideas. But what if, inversely, creativity can block fear?
Creativity shifts us out of the analytical, fear-looping mind and into the right-brain intuitive space. This is the place where we are more open, more relaxed, and more aligned with Source.
In this open and aligned space, we can access new insights or receive downloads that show us a new path forward, instead of worrying about the future. When in a creative flow, we can express and allow emotions to move through us. It creates a relaxed, safe space to process.
Creativity asks us to let go, to be open-minded and playful. From this state, we can create beautiful art, music, code an app, or invent something new. But there’s more… from this place, we can create a beautiful reality for ourselves and for the whole. So let’s take some time to honour creativity, and maybe even the uncertainty that goes along with it, because you can’t create something new without opening to unknown potentials. As Tom Campbell says, we must learn to “live gracefully with uncertainty.”
Practices like creativity, gratitude, and affirmations have real power when paired with a sincere intent to evolve. When we’re willing to face our fears with honesty, these practices don’t replace the deeper work, they support it. They soften the edges so we can explore what’s underneath without collapsing or becoming overwhelmed. They allow us to touch the timelessness of the creative flow state (much like in meditation) and to feel the joy of play and authentic expression, making it easier to notice when we are in fear, so we can step out of it and return to love.
🌱 Your Quest:
Take time this week to do something creative. I can be anything: draw or paint, sing something, take some photographs, write a story, play with your kids, have a dance party, rearrange your space.
This isn’t about producing something beautiful. It’s about returning to the intuitive part of yourself that blocks fear.
